An iMPAC Mechanical Warranty is designed to help protect customers against the unexpected cost of specified mechanical and electrical repairs. It complements the Manufacturer’s Warranty by providing protection after it expires.

Puncture damage resulting from an insured road hazard may qualify for cover where the tyre is deemed unrepairable and the claim meets the policy terms.
Where a rim has sustained insured damage and is deemed beyond safe repair, replacement may be considered in accordance with the policy terms, benefits and applicable limits.
If a damaged rim is deemed safe and suitable for repair, cover will apply to the approved repair cost in accordance with the policy terms. You may elect to replace the rim; however, any costs exceeding the approved repair amount will be for your own account.

Minor scratches, stone chips and parking dents are common and expensive to repair professionally. AutoBody helps maintain your vehicle’s appearance while reducing the financial impact of these everyday cosmetic repairs.
Stone Chips: An area not exceeding 3 mm (three millimeters) in diameter.
Dents: We will pay for repairs of dents to your vehicle which are between 0cm (zero centimeters) and 30cm (thirty centimeters) in diameter. Where any part of the body panel has been ripped or torn, the maintenance required shall not be defined as a dent and will not be repaired with this IMPAC Auto Body Maintenance Plan.
Scratches: We will pay for repairs or restoration to “scratches” to the bodywork of the vehicle between 4cm (four centimeters) and 30cm (thirty centimeters) in length.
